An introduction to "page," an innovative restaurant located within MOMOKO SHIMODA GALLERY. "page" is a canvas, a single page within a book. In the historic district of Asakusa, we explore new possibilities in cuisine. Vibrant dishes, the changing seasons reflected in our ingredients, the encounter of only six seats per day, and the art pieces lining our interior. We weave each of these elements together with the utmost care. We welcome Chef Ryusei Masunaga, a rising star in innovative cuisine who became the chef of "Nishimura Takahito La cuisine creativite" at the young age of 24 and won the SILVER EGG at RED U-35 2023, Japan's largest competition for young chefs. He offers delicate, free-spirited dishes that defy convention.
